About Us

delecTable is our new kitchen-bar concept and event space located within vomFASS University Ave.  Like a good recipe, delecTable is made up of a dash of this and a pinch of that.  Our innovative "kitchen" is part cooking school, part fine dining establishment, part event center...and all experience.  Whether you join us for a cooking class, a fun event, or a sumptous dinner, your time at delecTable will arouse the senses and awaken the palate.  We do what we do for the love of food and drink, and we invite you to join us.  Gather here and linger a while, and savor a truly unique eating and drinking experience.

Justin Gibson

Together with his Father, David, Justin brought vomFASS to the U.S. and expanded it to over 30 franchise locations.  With previous experience as catering manager of the old White Horse Inn and general manager of Damon's Grill, it has been Justin's dream for 10 years to create a restaurant concept featuring vomFASS products.

Kristin Williams

Kristin proudly hails from the Garden State of New Jersey. Her philosophy is grounded in experience based learning and a humble respect for the relationship between agriculture and culinary art. At 19, she began her career at The Bent Spoon, a now famous terroir-driven bakery. She worked for Chef Tom Colicchio in NYC for many years, and is now thrilled to be working with vomFASS at delecTable.
